Logo Design Brief

I would like to have a Coat of Arms designed for Freeland Management. We own and manage a number of different companies. Our core locations are TN, FL, and NM. Key industries are Auto Dealerships, Marinas, Real Estate Development, and Restaurants. I want to have our diversity of industries and/or locations visually reprinted in the coat of arms, but not limiting to future opportunities. I also want the Freeland Management to be able stand on its own or with the coat of arms.

If you don't feel the coat of arms will come across well I am open to an F or FM based logo as well.
