Logo Design Brief

Design a logo for a real estate investment and management company called Cornerstone Realty, Inc., specializing in the acquisition and lease up of industrial, warehouse and office buildings in the northeast markets. Our niche is repositioning vacant buildings (that typically were large single tenanted industrial buildings) and converting them into fully leased multi-tenant and multi-use facilities. We provide our tenants – our “customers” - with great space at an attractive price. We also deliver hands on management services to all our facilities. We provide immediate response to all tenant issues and take pride in the fact that we own and manage some of the highest quality real estate product in the markets that we are in. Our tenant retention is close to 100%- a testament to our customer’s satisfaction. Our local property management team provides quality and immediate service to all of our tenant’s needs. Our properties exude quality and we would like our logo to do the same. Emotions associated with our logo should portray quality, trust, customer service, timelessness, and a blend between traditional and modern. We would like the logo to be up-market with a design which is clearly identifiable from the street and visible as someone is driving by. We would like to appeal to a business audience versus the general public but still come across as a personable brand and not stiff or too formal.
