Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo/icon for a business entity we are starting. The entity name is "WisdomWerks" (no space between the words as shown).

The entity is a boutique consulting/information publishing business that works with individuals and organizations delivering training and consulting on decision-making, elite performance, communication strategies, personal/professional transformation, relationships, interpersonal dynamics, leadership and team development.

We want a steampunk looking design and have thought about making it look like a human head with gears running inside where the brain would be normally ... but having the entire design looking very steampunk and detailed as such.

It should work in both color and B&W, and at virtually any size from a cover image on a report (e.g.: US Letter or A4 size) to a thumbnail on an email signature. We want it to be very distinct and recognizable, as well as professional and bold.

This design will set the basis for additional designs for the companies products, e.g.: "Performance Wisdom" or "Communication Wisdom" ... that we will develop and market as we expand.
