I would really love to see someone make a logo very similar to this using the colors, shapes and font but with "Specbolt Fasteners" instead of "Decal Works".

Well everybody....we have some really creative designs and I have already seen more than a few potential winners. You guys know who you are via my feedback I have been giving. This contest has already exceeded my expectations for quality of work.
We still have some time so i thought I would really think about some way to challenge you all even more.
I wanted to talk about the meaning of "Specbolt" and then show some ideas that relate to this new challenge.
"Spec" is short for specification. Spec refers to an explicit set of requirements to be satisfied by a material, design, product, or service. Our bolts meet and exceed OEM original manufacturer "specs" for off-road motorcycles and ATVs.
So with that in mind, I wish to see some ideas relating to design. Bolt design such as blue-print or other technical drawings implemented somewhere in a design. Use your imagination. Some of you already have little touches in the fonts and graphics. I like that!
The second thing is I would like to see a custom "S" in Specbolt that uses something technical or design related. Something that would make it recognizable if you only saw only the first letter. Maybe like something the 2 tone Bridgestone tires "B". Or the Snap-On Tools "S" with the wrench inside the letter.
searching logos, I have also seen some neat ideas using lightning bolts, knobby tires (from a dirtbike), and different shapes of a wrench or nut or bolt. Some of you have already used a nut for the letter "o"
I am going to try to post some of these images I am referring to for you to see.
I am only posting this brief because we have some extra time. I just want to see some of your ideas. Either implemented to existing you designs or brand new ones are welcome too. I hope this sparks up some new designs. Keep sending them in and increase your chances to win. This is going to get interesting!!!
