Logo Design Brief

We need logo designs for two laboratory related websites. Currently, the website Laboutlines.com has a logo that should be the basis for the other websites. That logo has the following features:

Font: Myriad Pro (semibold and regular)
Colors:
Blue: cmyk: 94:54:1:3
Black: cmyk: 72:68:67:88
Green: cmyk: 50:0:100:0

The following sites need logo redesign and creation, preferably with a design that looks similar to Laboutlines.

Labmarketplace.com - already has a logo, but would like it to match better with laboutlines.com. Can either modify the current logo or create new one.
Labexamination.com - A planned examination website for laboratory exams and quizzes. Needs a new logo.
