T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for a retro t shirt design for a new demolition company based in Melbourne.
Our company name is independent Demolition and our moto is "Reshaping Melbourne". The company name should be displayed in the design. We were established in 2012. A good example of a design that I like is on the Ripcurl Australia Web site under mens Tees (the Beacon t shirt). A large design front and center with arm patch designs on each sleeve. Wrecking balls, sledge hammers, broken brick walls, excavators could all make good elements of the design. I have uploaded a pic of a rip curl shirt which shows a distressed look that I like however it definitely not a mandatory requirement as it may not fit with some designs
