Illustration Design Brief

I own a domain block which I am putting up for sale. The domains are nyc1.com, nycone.com, nyc1.co, nycone.co.

I'm looking for a minimal sketch of NYC skyline, with less than a paragraph of text thrown in, and a section for me to place contact information.

The general idea is it should look clean, and optionally hand-written. (either like a clean sketch or a flowing proposal - as long as it's easy to read )

Intended usage: It's a single JPEG image which I will use as the homepage while offering the domains for sale. Background must be white, so it blends with default background color of white, and the image must come with license to use it on the websites listed for the described purpose.

Target Market(s)

Very small market of luxury business owners or building management groups with a boutique focus on NYC.

Requirements

Must have

• Clear and readable. The Sketch itself can be eye-catching; either clear lines, or flowing, as long as the text easy to see.
  

Nice to have

• Black and white.
  Background must be clear white so it blends in with the white background of where it is placed, when it is uploaded.
