Okay - it looks like you are wanting somebody to set up the theme and add customization options. I have actually worked with this theme before. You mention that you want access to the "backend" - wordpress has an API built into it. Are you looking for more customization options on the backend? i purchased the contrast theme and want to replicate it. i don't have any inspiration sites but i do like your site that you put together for Diva Pastering. It is clean and modern.

i also want to make sure that the files you create are turned over to me at the end. i am not sure i specified that.

i am looking for someone to read what i sent and to put together a sample front page so i can see how someone thinks creatively.
