Logo Design Brief

New NFP Organization in Canada (Southwestern Ontario) requires a logo.
Called 'Lab 4 Leaders'.
The focus of the organization is to provide a safe space for leaders to grow, learn, meet & share.
Strategic plans are currently in development to include the 4 values (Meet, Grow, Learn, Share) as well as key initiatives Meet-10 and the Nonni Fund. In future, this will also require a website with interactive components.

Looking for a whimsical/fun design that conveys connection with people & community.
