"By choosing DMF Lettings to market your property, you choose to save money. We , unlike other agents, work on a no let-no fee basis, and do not charge for marketing your property.

Instructing us to market your property would cost you nothing and you would only pay if the property is let by us. If you let it through other agent, we won't charge you a penny.

We will attend viewings 7 days from 8am until 9pm, as most tenants are working during the day and would find very convenient evening and weekends appointments

We will carefully choose a suitable tenant, do all referencing, credit checks and employment referencing. We would present you all information we have and it is your decision

If the property is let by us, once the tenancy agreement is signed, we would charge you a fee of £250+VAT.
