Logo Design Brief

Hi there! Thanks for the great logo for the magazine. Turns out I need another one for the Inc. Something more corporate looking. Less edgy. But connected to mag masthead design in some way.
Still use same fonts maybe. And I like the backward letters. Still use Black/red. But no ink swash in background.
