Thank you Jodi for invite, but i am real sorry, cause i dont work on non-guaranteed projects. This is just my way, to avoid clients who try and dont buy. I recommend to guarantee projects, you will get more designers, and 200 bucks for one logo is cheap. If u calculate how many designers will work on guaranteed project, lets say for example 50 people, and if everybody work only one hours, u pay one hour of work exactly : 4 bucks. I think this is good business for you.
