Do not have specific photo but you can go on ebay and search "mini laser stage light" a black case model is fine to use, there are a bunch on there

i will make a template of the box and i need to know the type of paper using for the box and distribution of data on the back . thanks

This is a cardboard box but I do not understand what you mean by distribution of data on back?
