Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo for our new Planned Giving Division of our non-profit organization. We like the concept of using a Banyan tree because of the roots. I have attached the brochure that we would like the logo on. We do not really like the full banyan tree in the back ground so hence the idea to create a professional logo including the tree which can be one color or two.

Our colors for our main non-profit are below but can be different but complimentary to it.

CMYK: 100% cyan + 0% Magenta + 65% process yellow + 30% process black
RGB: 31% red + 114% green + 90% blue
