Unfortunately no. We want to be 100% satisfied with the work submitted and we feel that from previous experience the freelancers work harder for the client knowing it's not guaranteed. The harder you work on a solid design will get the result, conversely then your submission just being the better of the submissions!

Can you please provide feedback or eliminate so we know if we are on the right track or now.

MAYBE YOU ARE RIGHT....BUT WHEN A DESIGNER MAKE 100 PROJECT AND 80 FROM THEM ARE NOT CLOSED FROM 1 YEAR.... what is your impression about it?

There is no need to BLOCK letter your sentence to get your point across. But maybe if your only getting a 20% conversion rate, it might be you as the designer that's the problem. We have been using a freelancer from here and on elance for a very long time but has recently taken a job at a creative agency in Detroit! Loyalty is very easily built with the right attitude and work ethic!! It will also shows in your designs! This isn't simply a one off project for us , we like to develop relationships and use the same freelancer time and time again as the benefits of such a relationship are beneficial for both parties! My suggestion for you is if your lacking in awarded projects re-evaluate you business model and remember that strategic innovation always begins with designer thinking
