Graphic Design Brief
Take the three attached files, request any additional information that may be needed and produce an attractive and effective pdf marketing brochure that will help make our shopping center lease up. Would prefer most, if not all, of the text in the word file to be included. Other than that parameter we are looking for a winning look. The attached pdf file has too much information and ONLY page one should be used. We would like all the tables and accompanying text in the Excel workbook to be used.
