Newsletter Design Brief

We need a newsletter design for a company located in Sydney Australia. We are an IT Services and Software Development company with both arms separated as a business. We would like to see designs that follow the same elements that our website has being www.empowerit.com.au.
It needs an element of our corporate blue logo in it and would like the same colour elements included throughout the file.
The file needs to be MailChimp compatible and we would need all the files being HTML, the graphics, the PSD files, the MailChimp ready file, etc.
