Hello, I think you have miss understand me.
Your brief highlights 'Payment NOT Guaranteed' and that means clients don't have to pay/select a winning designer, (as this has happened many times in the past on briefs and think it is unfair to all those designers submitting their creations) so I only ever submit my designs to Payment Guaranteed Briefs and you will also find more designers will submit to a brief with Payment Guaranteed.
