We need a VERY responsive, SEO-centric wordpress based website design for a new real estate venture.

The business offers 1 service only, which is to assist real estate buyers by gathering and processing all documents necessary for them(the buyer) to ASSUME an existing FHA mortgage on a property that they want to purchase.

Audience
The primary audience is real estate buyers looking to assume an existing FHA mortgage.

-Very Responsive
-SEO Friendly
-Wordpress Driven
-Seamless viewing on tablet and mobile devices
-Will also require you to design a simple graphic for the website header navigation using the site domain name and existing company logo.
-Site must feature a landing page for google adwords campaign
-Design has to be clean but maintain a real estate service look and feel
