Logo Design Brief
Vital Itch is a cover rock band located in southern California that will be playing bars and community events soon. We play upbeat modern rock cover songs to entertain bar patrons and bring a festive atmosphere to any event. Examples of music we play are songs by Foo Fighters, U2, Van Halen, and Stone Temple Pilots. So we're on the louder and harder edge of the rock music spectrum.
IMAGE
We're looking for a sleek modern style rock band logo with a masculine color scheme. Think edgy, modern, cool, hard rock and roll, festive, entertaining, dangerous, fun, respected.
Thanks so much!

Nice to have
- SOME CONCEPTS
- One concept idea we have is to incorporate a "scratch" visual into the design; either in the actual font or around the font. An example of this idea is the Monster Energy Drink "M" that looks like three scratch marks.
- Another concept could be to incorporate a vital signs image into the design, perhaps leading into or part of the first letter of the name of the band ("V")since a "V" letter can easily be blended it a vital sign.
- Another concept is to possibly incorporate a speaker with music blasting from it (or electricity/lightning theme).
- We're interested in possibly incorporating an interlocking "V" and "I" in some way, but not essential.
- We will be more than happy to consider designs that do not necessarily incorporate any of the concepts we have shared if they still fit the image stated.
Should not have
- Try and avoid using the guitar or musical note images into the logo and do not use cartoon-like imagery.
