Logo Design Brief

Please see attached file. I have a black and white idea to start with, but it is lacking color. I would like the Ragged Mountains of Colorado in the background, an Eagle with a fish in the foreground, the business name in a ribbon with the American flag on one side and the Colorado flag on the other side. This is for a fly-fishing guide service company, so feel free to add in a fly rod if possible.
