Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company called Worldclear. The company is a financial service provider, basically a wire transfer clearing service for corporates and financial entities, worldwide. The logo needs to look clean, professional, corporate (institutional), financial, global and feel secure and established. Something with a world/globe (sphere) (example swift.com) comes to mind, but other ideas welcome and we do not want a logo looking like a Swift knockoff.
