Logo and iconography needed.

Mobile and social connectivity are permanent fixtures in the lives of today’s consumer and games are their go-to application to entertain themselves, to learn, and network with peers.

Games are a fun pastime, but can also yield valuable information. Our new company creates videogames for self-awareness and performance improvement, delivering analytics for insight into performance and persona. We combins fun game play with built-in Psychology assessments so that players get insights as they play. The data that comes out helps the players understand themselves better. The data also helps determine the player’s viability and fit for a job or career, which offers insight to future employers about their “Persona” so they can make intelligent hiring decisions.

Our psychometrics team specializes in the development and implementation of assessment tools for the purpose of identifying the mental capacity and behavioral disposition to succeed on a job.

Dear Designers


There are twenty designers who responded to our brief. It was enervating to receive ideas from around the world.   Some sent in multiple designs on their own, some after our feedback.  

Many were eliminated immediately.  Others were kept in mind for the duration. Despite liking some of the designs, and appreciating the effort of all the designers, in the end none of the nonwinning designs were suitable for the project.  We did not seek a logo that came close to, or approximately met, our expectation, We needed one that served.  

There should not be a shred of concern from any participant that you were used for your ideas or that there was not considerable investment in time in considering the submissions.  We expected a winner from you all.  If we found one we would have selected.  We were nonplussed and the Voters agreed.  

We will not use or co-opt anything from the nonwinning art, as we agreed at outset and it was our intention to honestly solicit your effort and consider your work for use on our product.  We respect your time and intellectual effort and property.  None of the nonwinning submissions were winners.  That we go a different way is no reflection on your skill. Thank you for your effort.

We want to give most of you positive feedback to help you earn consideration on future jobs.  Who can tell us how to do that on the website?  It is not obvious. Please provide direction to us.
