Logo Design Brief

Hey guys,
I own a small boutique gym in melbourne australia, I need to up-date the logo to something sleek, modern and nice.
my colours are:
bright fluro green with black, silver and white

But how you guys put it together is up to you! I don't want it to be to cluttered!
In saying the colours i want you to please use the black when putting logo on white background and white on black! (I have black shirts and white shirts for the gym)

I want a really cool logo and the "boutique fitness gym" in writing just to be sleek and modern font!
