We need a new suite of 25 modern, eye catching, yet subtle icons. We are a software company based in the UK and we have redeveloped our international language school administration system (Windows desktop based) from old to new technologies and need to replace the old icons. When we launch our new product upgrade, we want the user interface to contain the wow factor of change; to a cutting edge application with fresh icons that wouldn’t look out of place in a web app, iPhone or iPad either.
Our school admin software is aimed at the language school and college industry. This is where overseas students book a place in a foreign country’s school to learn the native language. The booking is normally handled by a local agent (think of booking a holiday with Thompson and you’ll get the picture). Student’s attending a school normally stays with a local host family to further advance their use of the local language.
