Brochure Design Brief

I need a Double gatefold brochure (quad fold) designed for our medical group. I've attached some sample content and where it should all appear on the brochure. At this point, I'm looking for a general mock-up of the content to see how it will fit and look. After I find an acceptable design, I will be able to provide all the pictures, etc. I also understand that the amount of written content may be too much to look good on the brochure and can edit as deemed necessary and the content may be somewhat redundant-just looking for the general layout first and then I'll edit content. Thanks. Looking forward to seeing your designs!

This is a brochure that will given to patients to help identify who their doctor will be while they are in the hospital. It will also help to explain who we are and why their primary care doctor isn't seeing them in the hospital

Requirements

Must have

• interior pictures in a quad-fold double gatefold format. Pictures need to have boxes in the lower L hand corner so that we can "check" who the doctor is that is assigned to the patient. Also having the lines to hand write the attending, resident and intern is necessary

Nice to have

• As much written content as possible but I want to look at the amount so that I can make sure that the brochure is visually appealing. All of our current products use Helvetica font so consistency would be nice

Should not have

• Needs to be modern and professional. Not too playful or casual-we are a professional group working in a hospital setting with very sick patients.
