What does guaranteed mean? I am new to Design Crowd so are unaware of what you are asking me to do.

Hi,
I would like to do it and I reviewed the documents included, I have designed a calendar before.
But I have a question, You want me to do two examples and submit them? so if you like them I resume working on it ?

by Project Owner on Tuesday, May 13, 2014

Yes if I like your 2 samples, I would want a quote for you to do 12 months and if it was a suitable price I would want you to continue. I know 2 months is a lot, so if you are willing to even do 1 month and show me I should get an idea from that whether you will be able to deliver 12 months I like. I have been producing calendars for 7 years and currently offer 3 designs each year, so I am happy if I get 6 people who submit great designs to tell them to all go ahead if I can afford right now, or may have to choose 3 and get the other 3 done in 6 months when cash-flow is starting to happen from sales of next years calendars. This is a new way for me to find designers so I am working out the best way to approach this as I go.

Hello!
I am giving the details of the "Guaranteed project" as per Design crowd, as below, which is self explanatory.

What are Guaranteed projects?

Clients can give their contest guaranteed payment status by clicking the “Guarantee Project” button on their project progress page or by selecting the "Guaranteed Project" in the upgrade step when posting a project.

Guaranteeing a project will attract more designers to your project and higher quality designers to your project.

Note: By guaranteeing a contest you are obligated to choose and pay a winner. You therefore waive your right to our 100% money back guarantee on project budgets.

Best Regards,
Parul

I'm having a problem with file two, it is not opening on Photoshop

by Project Owner on Tuesday, May 13, 2014

Hi I am not sure why you are unable to open file 2, as far as I can remember it would have been a pdf file and I had another design say they had looked at all the files. There was one file that was an indesign file, I am not sure if it was File 2 or not. If you want to send me your e-mail and tell me what the file name was, I could resend it to you.

okay, ,my email is mahmoodmaram14@yahoo.com
and the name of the file is stapled template calendar

by Project Owner on Tuesday, May 13, 2014

The stapled template is an InDesign document, I think you would need to open it in InDesign, I am not a designer so unsure if it can be opened in Photoshop. I don't have inDesign on my computer and are unable to open it. My graphic artist who gets all my files ready for uploading to the printers supplied me with this file.

No, Actually it does not open in Photoshop that is why I asked ..
I will download in design and try it, maybe you can upload it in different format like PSD so I can use it in Photoshop
