Photoshop Design Brief

We need an image for our company's new website. We are a software consulting firm based in the southeastern United States. We're trying to drive more sales through our website. We think our competitive advantage is our approach and process. As a result, we want an image that shows the difference between what someone plans and what actually happens. I attached an example image that we created ourselves. For our website, we need something of higher quality and higher resolution. We also want two images, one that shows "your plan" and one that shows "reality". In the "reality" image, we want text in the pits (or whatever you come up that is similar to the pits). We'll edit the text based on the offering we're trying to highlight on our website. As an example, if we're highlighting software development, we might show missed requirements as one of the pits. The color scheme should be consistent with http://www.askcts.com. The image will appear on a new website, but we want to be consistent with our current color scheme. We need the images to be high resolution, 4 megapixels or more. We need the image to be of a size that is viewable on large monitors as well as phones and tablets. We need all graphic and text elements in individual layers. The final design should communicate fun and creativity while still keeping in mind that most of our customers are large, traditional companies.
