Logo Design Brief

We need an official logo designed for our new company due to open in coming weeks. I have uploaded the design I would like but need it 'professionalised'. Also needing business cards and I have also uploaded the design I require.

Looking for exact replication not re-design.
The business cards are square - 50 x 50
