Logo Design Brief
Time for an updated Logo and Sign design for our real estate brokerage, Rock Realty. I've attached an image of the current design. I'd like to not only improve it visually, but make it more convertible to different media/print platforms.
Here is what I am looking to achieve:
- Logo should have a transparent background to easily translate to paper products & other print/web platforms. Also please provide the logo on the maroon background like attached image
- Signs need to have our contact information much more bold & prevalent
- Still needs to have the mountain-scape and rising sun peaking over the edge
- Sleek modern vector colors to capture our 'cutting edge' techniques
- Gray-scale on the mountains w/ possibly a lighter gray for snow caps. I've attached a similar mountain photo for perspective. Would like to use the same maroon color in the design
I will need 3 versions for the hanging signs that can accomodate print resolution for these sizes, 24"W x 30"H, 30"W x 24"H & 36"W x 24"H. The Logo would need to be an image that can be transferred to everything from print materials like letterhead to shirts & jackets.
Submitted signs/logos will be reviewed by our agents and possibly previous clients for input on selection.

Updates
On second thought, since we do live in Wisconsin and not near a mountain range, the mountains really are not such a necessity. If mountains are used, fewer peaks would be ideal.
