CD Cover Design Brief

We need a cover and a CD cover (and back) plus as well as 2 panel insert design and CD label. The music is a live concert that we recorded. Music ranges from Latin Rhythms to Pop / Rock Christian worship. We like black, white, blue, and gray, but it feel free to experiment with other color if needed. The final design should communicate christian worship and live concert. We have pictures in link attached. We do not wish to be on the front cover. Just the back cover or inside. Template for CD included also.
