My overall comment in your design layout is that I would prefer to stay away from the honeycomb.  Using a hexagon in a creative way on the page can be OK.. but not as part of the header/footer.  I''d love to see what you can do with some of the more creative slides I''ve requested like case study, timeline, process, customer showcase.
