Banner Ad Design Brief

Hi All,

I'm looking for a set of banner ads designing for a Google Adwords campaign for easylodger.com.

The website serves the UK and is a portal for people who cannot afford to buy or rent a place of their own, to find a room to let in someone else's house.

Conversely, home owners can pay to advertise a listing of their spare room. Have a look at the site, and you'll get the idea. Please bear in mind that it's a work in progress and is currently being developed and polished.

The banners do not have to be animated (no Flash please) but should cover all the standard sizes used by Google Adwords.

Please take design guidance and inspiration from the web site itself. I'm looking for something eye-catching and creative.
