Graphic Design Brief
We need a design for an online literacy application. The target audience are 9-12 year old children and the application will teach them literacy skills, like essay writing. It is a web-based application called Adekamie and the software developers now need a graphic design to implement into the code - no coding required, just design of the layout.
Wireframes are attached to give an overview of what the functionalities are - it runs in any ordinary web-browser (indicated in the wireframes as well). The application consists of a static background (workspace) onto which individual boxes are added as the student progresses through the tasks. A task panel on the left hand side allows the user to select a task, upon which a popup window will slide open on the right where they enter content. This content is then displayed on the workspace in the background in a box (which can be moved around to organise, seen in frame 3 ). Additional icons on left and right lead to new tasks.
Updates
The wireframe mockup of the application has been updated - please ignore the previous one, which has now been deleted. This is the final version to work from.
