Requirements
Must have
- 1. The brochure needs to actually reflect “cross-examination” on the cover. The title should go at the top of the page.
2. The brochure needs to make room for organizers and supporters’ logo. This is a cooperation event.
3. It is important that the text is a big enough to be read easily. At the moment we have been using Helvetica font at size 9 or 10. Helvetica is easily readable at this size.
4. The brochure color needs to be in line with our logo color, such as Green-Blue and white. Please suggest a color that also fits the organizers’ logo.
5. We need a pdf version and print out version. They are all A4 size. The pdf version size must be under 2 MB. Otherwise it’s difficult to send out as well as receive. For the printing version, when designing you need to leave a 4mm bleed over the page size. This bleed is important - otherwise the picture will not necessarily go to the edge of the cut. You also need to make sure that the text is not too close to the boundary. I tend to leave a 4-5mm margin for text within this on all sides.
6. Use the same font style as suggested in the draft program and invitation.
Nice to have
- A picture which represents the idea of cross-examination. I will send you the example pic.
Should not have
- 1. Should not be aggressive;
2. Should not be too fancy or too conservative;
3. Should not be too colorful
