Please tell me if I am on the right track.
Thank you

Dear Madame/Sir,
Guarantee the contest and you will get a lot more interest,
even with the minimum prize.

What does Payment Not Guaranteed mean for designers?

When a project is marked as guaranteed it means that the customer has committed to paying out a designer and has waived their right to get their money back. If it is not guaranteed, the customer can opt to get a refund of their money.

You can determine if a project is guaranteed by viewing the job brief and looking out for the following image marked on the project:
Customers are eligible for a refund if they have not selected to guarantee their project and in accordance with the DesignCrowd refund policy.

Best regards,
Coco

Hi Coco,

Thanks for your message. I have been giving feedback to designers. Unfortunately your designs are not on the right track. I am looking for something a little more brand able. Your designs are a little too busy, try to keep it simple and choose aesthetically pleasing fonts based on the project specs.

I am a web designer myself and have been in the industry for over 10 years but not an expert at graphic design, however I can easily play with font's and designs. It seems many designers are choosing a few fonts and adding a little graphic of some sort. It seems many have not even read my project outline. I would say 80% of the submissions have taken the designers less than 5 minutes. 20% have taken more time and put thought into it.

Thank you for participating.
