We need a banner ad design done for twiends.com. Twiends helps people promote their twitter profiles and grow their audience.

- Format for submission: 250x250, png, static
- The ads need to list the benefits
- They should have a strong call to action
- We will need the winner to create all major ad formats after selection (10 formats): leaderboard, etc.
- Please avoid using 'bird' graphics
