Logo Design Brief

I am requiring a logo for my new consultancy firm "Fresh Eye Solutions". The primary graphic in the logo is to be a stylised Whole Lime Fruit. The reason for this is that the Lime is sharp, invigorating, fresh, cutting, and organic. In many ways this represents the personality of the service provided by the consultants. This is a business that consults retail businesses such as salons, spa's, shops, community centres, not-for profit centres, and sporting clubs like golf courses.

The business needs to be perceived by clients and potential clients as a Trusted, Professional, Experienced, Well-organised, and as a Creative Business.

I require a logo in CMYK format and EPS format.

The colour of the lime will become the theme for the brand, so it is key that this stands out and is the right shade for impact on business cards/letter heads/adverts/website/etc.

Extra Info:

My favourite colour is charcoal, so if this is of benefit for the logo then please use.
Having some form of "slice" out of the logo may be an option, as this is what will be imparted on the client's business.
Business will be working nationally in Australia in the foreseeable future
