Book Cover Design Brief

I need a book cover for Goya who was born in the early 1900s.

Goya braved a difficult life when she became a "mother" (at age 13) to her brothers and sisters.

Her mother died of the influenza.

There was no running water from faucets (water was drawn from windmills), electricity, or gas.

There were wood‐burning iron stoves and pot‐belly heaters, and the firewood had to be found and carried home in horse‐drawn wagons, chopped, and then carried into the home.

The final design should show how Goya, children, and grandchildren advanced from a 3rd grade education to Ph.D. status.

Should not have

• The design should not use old-style, serif fonts like Times New Roman.
