I realize you want a fresh new design but if you have an existing site, it is important to know exactly what kind of content you want on the site. The current list in the brief is too vague.

Also, what types of images do you want to include in your site?People doing different things? Do you have any particular stock images in mind? I am not getting a sense of the message you want to convey from the current brief.
