Flyer Design Brief

I have a cleaning business and am now looking to include car wash and mowing clean-up services as well
Based in a small minning town WA Australia with LOTS of red dirt!!
This flyer will need to appeal to both locals (mine workers and there familys)as well as Corparate as they will require the most to be done we work at nights and the weekend and the minning company all use fleet cars.
Im after professional and effective wich will deliver Impact with both colour and art
yet spicy and sleek that communicates great sevice and value and promotes green zoneand saftey

business and corperate not domestic for cleaning offices and worker homes
we also provide mowing and yard clean-up with exterior window cleaning to all homes
we would like to see creative interesting clear but with visual impact
a consistant look and feel throughout, fast and Impulsive images, modern and contemppory.
Displaying confidence,trust,balance with strength and reliability.
New fresh look to having a cleaning service I'm after a WOW factor that communicates servic quality and expertise were its attractive and interesting enought to were it makes you want to call and convinces them that we are the people they need and that they have found the perfect soloution provider.
Not overly busy but must have IMPACT IMPACT
