Hi there, What type of a character you need in the logo?

I have an open mind on the character, the brief outlines the operations of the Foundation so the character needs to reach out to the public and invite them to help in line with our ideals.

I feel this competition is very tuff for me. But at last, I request you can I work more if you like my logo.
