Logo Design Brief

We are a local newsagent and have just started an online stationery business. our main target customers are local small to medium businesses, parents of the local school and the schools and child care centers in the local area.

We are looking for a logo to start with but then wish to incorporate this into our office stationery needs and also customize the website with logos and banners etc from this initial design.
I have no real ideas on how it should look or ideas, just catchy and professional - we are competing against some very large stationery type warehouse so need this to look just as professional but with the service of your local high street shop.
