Amount of work required for un-guaranteed contest seems excessive, consider upping the reward.

We would be happy to see some preliminary work where we can see your design approach for the given project. Then we also would like to hear your estimated amount of effort and your expected reward.

As you have noticed, we have tried to put the project requirements as clear as we can. If we get a satisfactory design preview and if your expected reward is OK for our budget, we can reject other designers'' offers and focus on your work. 

During the course of work, we expect design outcomes on a daily basis and we provide feedback for minor changes. If this is OK for you, we can guarantee the reward.
