Signage Design Brief

We need a simple but bold Authorized Dealer certificate. 8.5 x 11" horizontal layout. Here is an example of a really simple one: http://www.listingfactoryhost.com/users/fullersvint/eBayAuctions/3424152514122322/images/FenderAuthorizedDealerBadge.jpg

I would like to use our red/white theme. Some key elements to have: header from flyer, Premium Treated..., round logo,
AUTHORIZED DEALER, Red footer on bottom w/ url

As a separate item I would like to see what the image looks like if you replace the simple molecule on the flyer with the High Res Molecule.
