Hi Everyone - note that the phoenix is not a mandatory.  I would rather have a more iconic symbol that looks unique than a phoenix that is instantly recognizable but often (or seemingly often) duplicated.

Please also note that lettermarks are not really in the spirit of the brief.  I''d like to see "iconic" really done in a unique way.
