What I do
I am a training consultant, mentor and coach specialised in training trainers to train more effectively by showing them how to hack the way people learn. I also help training consultant to commercialise their intellectual property and work with entrepreneurs, small business owners and professionals changing careers who need to gain clarity and apply strategic thinking to their next steps.

My background is in Business, Marketing, Innovation capability and Learning & Development.
Communicate differentiation:
I have a minimalist blog that I am happy with, but I need a HEADER and an OPT-IN FORM designed to help me communicate my unique selling proposition and differentiate myself from old-school training consultants.
The programs I offer are different because they are outcome or result driven with emphasis on applied creativity and problem solving. While traditional training consultants focus on knowledge transfer, I focus on facilitating tangible outcomes.
I focus a lot on "Unpacking my clients brains" before offering advice. When I start to work with a new client, be it a coaching or training client, I use a A5 blank sheet as a canvas to make the process of "unpacking the client's brain" more visual and clearly define the desired outcomes.
I rely strongly in strategy and a hacker's mindset to generate outcomes from client.
Header requirement:
- I'd like my blog to communicate my process of debriefing new clients ("unpacking brains")
- I'd like the design to have a 'sketchy' feel
- I'd like a design that communicates playfulness, applied creativity, a hackers mindset, strategy, results orientation and street smart learning.
- Social Media ICONS and contact info on top

See a banner I had designed attached. It would be nice to follow the same kind of concept.

Optin form:
- A newsletter opt-in form to be uploaded on the sidebar (i use mailchimp) with headline: "Hacking Change Monthly Newsletter" and a call to action.
I do want to use my photo, but not sure how to go about that. Accepting suggestions.
Best photo I have attached.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Received one great design that didn't fully fit the briefing. Trying to collaborate with designer to solve the issue.
Still accepting entries though.
