Logo Design Brief

Logo needed for a residentail subdivision with single family housing. Name of the subdivision is called : Stoney Pointe. I have no predeterimned ideas for this logo design - it is wide open, but will be placed on letter head as well a a very large sign at the entrance of the subdivision. Looking for a rather simplistic design - not a lot of detail. The name must be included in the logo design. Would prefer one or maybe two colors - agian simplistic not extraordinary detail.
