Web Design Brief

We are an industrial company that offers a unique range of services - Abrasive Blasting, Protective Coatings, Decorative Commercial Painting and Installation of Fuel Stations.
We need a website to highlight our services.
The website needs be easy to navigate, have a professional appearance, and feature images of what we do.
The website will need to be in a coded format (preferably wordpress, or similar will do) and ready to upload to a URL.
We have a number of photos (all in raw state) that will need to be cropped/resized.
The logo has just been redesigned through Design Crowd (thank you!) and we would like to keep in with the colours of red/grey/blacks.
Personal preference of a darker rather that white background - but if you come up with a great idea I'll go with it.
The pages I have uploaded are broken down into each area we cover - prefer each to have it's own tab. Please note - the "company overview' diagram is for example only - it does not need to be in those colours.
I'd prefer not to 'show examples of webpages of what I like' because I don't want to limit someone coming from a different angle.
front page will need to show map though.
