Logo Design Brief
We sell desserts (cakes, cheesecakes, chocolate brownies, sweet tarts, eclairs etc) at Borough Market in London, one of the most famous markets in the world. They are the handmade cakes you'll find in a good patisserie so the logo should be in harmony with this type of business, having style and class but not over the top as the place is still a market and we address all kind of people. The logo should be scalable for a banner up to 3 meter long and our main colour is red although one can try the combination of colours he thinks is best for a particular design.

Requirements
Must have
- - wordmark logo
- as we specified the logo will have to be transfered to a banner ( like 3 metres / 0.6 metres) so from the start one should have in mind a rectangular logo frame of similar proportions (as an example a circular logo won't work)
- it is good to have apart from the wordmark name some other elegant, subtle, eye catching decorative elements
Nice to have
- - optional and if it improve the design other words (e.g. London, Artisan, Handmade cakes) at a smaller scale can be introduced in the design
- as already said our main colour is red - different variations can be tried
Should not have
- - we are not keen on pictures representing cakes or utensils related to our patisserie business unless they are subtle and stylish
